Word Art Wednesday #59

It's the Wednesday before Christmas so today we have some word art for the season...

Our Christmas morning begins with prayer and a reading from the Book of Luke.  It's the first thing we do... before any stockings are checked or any gifts are opened.  It's a tradition that we started when the kids were very young.  Now that they are older, they do the reading. I believe that starting the day this way keeps the real meaning of Christmas at the forefront of our minds. It's not about what is or isn't under the tree, it's about the greatest gift of all...Jesus!!

The challenge sponsor for this week is Daydream Designs Digital Stamps.  If you're not familiar with their designs,  stop by and check them out.  They have some wonderful digi images.  I used 2 of the images from their Little Bits of Christmas collection on my layout today. I love that this collection is available in color, perfect for scrapbookers that aren't into hand coloring images.

  1. Gemiel, again...another fantastic creation. Love the way you've framed the picture of such a special Christmas tradition. We've done the same thing. It's heartwarming to think of all the homes where the Christmas story is still read the night before or the morning of Christmas. May His glory fill your HOLY-days and may your Christmas be blessed!
